Breath & Movement

Yin &Slow Yoga

Intentional, slow-paced movement that meets the body where it is — releasing held tension through breath, stillness, and long supported holds.

The Practice

What is this practice?

Private yoga sessions are tailored to your body, your breath, and whatever showed up on the mat today. Expect long held shapes, careful alignment, and plenty of room to actually feel.

Classes blend yin, gentle vinyasa, and restorative elements. No prior experience required — just a willingness to slow down.
