Workshops · Classes · Retreats
Workshops a few times a year, classes when they return, retreats slower still — gather online or in Chicago when something fits.
This season
Workshops land seasonally, classes return when they return, and retreats are slower still. Some stretches the calendar is quiet on purpose — the rhythm is part of the work. When something opens, you'll see it here first.
Pick a cadence
Seasonal workshops, weekly classes, or an annual retreat.
What a workshop feels like
Workshops begin before they begin — the morning of, the walk in, settling into a room that's been held for you. We start slowly, with breath and orientation, so the nervous system has time to land before the practice opens up.
The work itself weaves — somatic movement, yin or slow flow, energy practice, contemplative reflection — paced so your body can feel without flooding. Small groups by design; partners and props only by consent; silence as much room as language.
We close with a few quiet minutes for integration, and you leave with a small practice to carry into the rest of the week. Recordings, when the format allows, are shared after — so the room travels with you.

Bring it to your room
Private workshops, studio partnerships, team off-sites, and custom containers — when the public calendar doesn't fit your group, we'll build something that does.
Quiet notice
A monthly-ish note when something opens, plus an iCal feed if you'd rather see the gatherings appear in your own calendar app.

Send a noteSomething appears on the calendar. The practice has chosen a date — and so begins the small choreography of paying attention.
Hold the date. Let your week begin to bend around it — the gathering already shapes the days before it lands.
The morning of, the train, the room. Settling into a space that's been held for you, before the practice opens up.
What happens inside the gathering itself — body, breath, energy, attention. The hour or weekend the calendar pointed toward.
The walk home, the days after. What you take with you — small practice, slower nervous system, a thread to follow inward.
And then the year keeps turning. Subscribe to the cadence and the next gathering finds you when it's ready.
