What is Somatic Healing?
A holistic approach centered on the mind–body connection, using gentle, mindful techniques to meet stress, trauma, and tension where they live: in the tissues, breath, and nervous system. Through quiet attention and slow movement, the body is invited to release what it no longer needs to hold.
Sessions blend breathwork, subtle movement, touch, and guided awareness, tailored to what each body is asking for on the day.
