A slow, intentional practice to help you slow down and come back home to your body.
This practice weaves together somatic movement, yin yoga, and Reiki to support deeper body awareness, nervous system regulation, and release stored tension and stress.
Somatics invites us to experience the body from within—tuning into subtle sensations, responses, and inner awareness.
Throughout this workshop, you’ll be guided to move with intention, listen to your body, and explore what it feels like to be fully present in yourself.
Together, we’ll move through:
- Somatic practices to increase body awareness and support mind-body connection
- Yin yoga with long-held, supported poses to access deeper layers of fascia and connective tissue
- Reiki energy healing to support relaxation and energetic balance
You’ll also receive a take-home handout with simple somatic and embodied practices to support you beyond the mat.
You're welcome to bring a journal or anything that helps you feel comfortable.
